This module covers the technical fundamentals of geothermal systems. Participants will learn the key criteria for selecting appropriate systems and integrating them into municipal heating plans, as well as the preliminary and conceptual planning of projects.

Learning objectives:

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to engage in informed discussions with companies specializing in geothermal plant and well construction, engineering and planning firms, and the relevant regulatory authorities.
