Description:

Targeted communication, particularly in the context of the energy transition, is crucial to the success or failure of a project. This module teaches the skills needed to communicate effectively and purposefully with non-experts and to engage in constructive dialogue.

Learning objectives:

  • Participants learn the basics of knowledge communication and are able to plan and design communication processes in a targeted manner.
  • Reflection on and improvement of one’s own communication skills.
  • Promoting the balance between family life and continuing education through appropriate communication strategies.
  • Promoting knowledge transfer in the field of the energy transition, especially to younger generations.
