Autoclave - Medium Pressure

This fully automated medium-pressure autoclave is designed for testing OCTG specimens with diameters exceeding 7 inches under extreme operating conditions. Specimens with diameters up to 18 5/8 inches and lengths of 5,000 mm can be tested under internal and external pressures of up to 150 MPa (21,750 psi). A tensile/compressive force of 8,000 kN can be applied. In addition, a bending force of up to 8000 kN can also be applied simultaneously. The test facility allows for the simultaneous application of:

• external pressure
• internal pressure
• tension and compression
• bending forces
