The Institute comes with an excellent sorted library which covers all areas of specialization in the context of Petroleum Engineering.

Because there are only a few copies of the books available, it is not possible to take them home. Alternatively we have a comfortable reading-room, where you can study these books in a quite surrounding.
Reading Room
The reading room is available to all students from 8am to 6pm.
SPE-Paper
The Society of Petroleum Engineering makes their papers available for free to the students due to a cooperation with the TU-Clausthal.
From now on it is possible to access these papers from within the Institute of Petroleum Engeneering without any further authorizations.
